Although our physical studios are in Dundee and Bo'ness, our fully online programme means Glasgow families can access the same expert tutors, the same ABRSM-aligned curriculum, and the same cognitive-science approach - all from the comfort of home. Glasgow is one of the UK's great music cities, and parents here are looking for something more than another off-the-shelf tutor. What sets CogniMusica apart is the integration of music tuition with cognitive science: our founder Justyna Skop-Wach is a PhD researcher in Psychology at the University of Dundee, and her research on rhythm, language, and reading development directly shapes how every lesson is taught. We work with Glasgow families from across the city - from the West End and Hyndland to the Southside, Pollokshields, Shawlands, Merchant City, Partick, Dennistoun, and beyond. Our tutors are bilingual in English and Polish, and every tutor is PVG checked through Disclosure Scotland. Many Glasgow families come to us specifically for our specialist support of neurodivergent learners, including children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, DLD, and DCD.

How Sessions Work in Glasgow
Glasgow families have two main options. Online sessions over video are by far the most popular - modern home broadband in Glasgow is excellent and online lessons work just as well as in-person ones, with no commute and a familiar home environment. Home visits are also available across Glasgow with prior confirmation, subject to tutor availability and travel time. Sessions are 40 minutes (£35 online, £40 at home) for children aged four and above, or 60 minutes (£40 online, £45 at home) for ages eight and above. We teach violin, piano, viola, guitar, electric guitar, and singing, and prepare students for ABRSM practical and theory exams from Initial through Grade 8.
