We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our music education services. Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry details you submit through our contact or sign-up forms: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Information about your child that you choose to share with us when enquiring about or enrolling in lessons, such as their name, age, and any learning needs relevant to their tuition.
• Account details if you use our client portal, such as your email address and booking history.

We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our services, such as our website hosting provider (Vercel), our database and authentication provider (Supabase), and Google Analytics. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client and lesson records are kept for the duration of our relationship with you and for as long as required by legal, accounting, or safeguarding obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
